This book was published in 1993 .
The Two-Volume Edition had 487 copies published.
Sergey Altukhov has only three copies in his possesion.
In this book:1)The unabridged, more detailed version of Volume 1.
2) The second volume of the Two-Volume Edition, which has the Ten Practical Lessons of The Buteyko Method as taught by only one Buteyko Methodist!!
Her name is Clara Fedorovna Lagunova ("I gave the new name to her in the book - Clara Fedorovna Ozercova" Sergey Altukhov).
In 1990, Professor Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko awarded Clara Fedorovna the diploma for the Best Buteyko Methodist..
She was assigned by Professor Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko to train people in the Practical Teachings of the Buteyko Method.
Professor Buteyko had many methodists but it was only Clara Fedorovna Lagunova that he trusted with the state approval of his method on sick patients suffering from diabetes in summer of the year 1989 in Novosibirsk...
